The ERC program ended in 2021, but there are still billions of dollars left unclaimed. Besides, many employers are unaware that they may be eligible for tax credits. This updated rebate service helps employers to take advantage of recent changes to the ERC program that have expanded the eligibility requirements, making it easy for most small business owners to qualify.
Evolved ERC can help employers to claim their rebates retroactively for wages paid in 2020 and 2021, as long as they meet the requirements of the program. To qualify, a business must have between 5 and 500 W-2 employees on average and have been affected by the pandemic in some way.
With the recent changes to the eligibility requirements, almost any business can qualify, even if they have already received loans through the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP). This includes startups, new businesses founded during the pandemic, and non-profit organizations, such as churches, clinics, and schools.
Employers may be able to claim up to $26,000 per employee in rebates if their business suffered financial losses, closed temporarily due to lockdowns, or operated at a reduced capacity during the pandemic. This includes any business that suffered supply chain shortages, remote working complications, or reduced the number of customers allowed in-store.
Evolved ERC’s rebate program is one of the only services that provide additional employee benefits, at no cost to the company. Evolved ERC uses a portion of the fees they collect to provide employers with pre-funded cards that can be used to donate to registered charities. These cards can be given as a gift from the employer, with no mention of Evolved ERC.
The rebate service also includes a no-cost, no-obligation eligibility assessment that uses the answers to a few simple questions to determine if a company is eligible for rebates, and how much they may qualify for in tax credits.
